Frequently Asked Questions

The following is a summary of the most frequently asked questions we receive regarding Agastia leaves. We hope this information will be helpful to those who want to know more about Agastia leaves or are interested in an appraisal.

Agastia leaves General

Can you find the leaves of all people?

It is said that Agastia leaves exist not only for Indians, but also for foreigners, including Japanese, who have searched for Agastia leaves.

However, it is also said that the leaves of Agastia "exist only for those who go looking for them," and it is believed that they will not be found unless the individual is willing to go looking for them himself.

At TabiZuki India, we have found the horoscopes for over 2,500 people through in-person and online consultations in South India, and we have never failed to find one.
The leaves of all of them have been found.
However, in very rare cases, there are those who cannot find it even after searching for a long time.

How many chapters can you open in the online appraisal of Agastia?

Leaves of Agastia has chapters 1 through 14, and the summary plan opens all chapters.

There is also a plan that gives you detailed information. This plan is suitable for those who want to know the details of a particular chapter and want more specific details and advice.
Open the leaves of Chapter 1 (Individuality and Life in General), Chapter 13 (Past Life and Salvation), and Chapter 14 (The Charm for Happiness) and read them in detail.

As an additional service, we can open one of the two to twelve chapters of your choice in addition to those listed at right. We will read the contents in detail (not a summary).

Do you understand the past?

Agastya's Leaves do contain descriptions of "past lives," but they do not include accounts of past events in the current life (from birth to the present).

Can you also find out about your family?

We do not know the details. You will need to open your family's own prophecy book.

Can I change the future?

The future described in the Agastia leaf is the future "if karma is dissolved. Conversely, if you do not resolve your karma, that future may not be realized.
In Chapter 14, specific methods (temple visits, mantras and homas) for karma dissolution are suggested.

Do the leaves of Agastia affect the people around you?

Each person is part of a family, a soul-mass, emotionally and spiritually connected, and may have inherited a specific karma (fate) from an ancestor.

It is believed that the dissolution of karma will have a positive effect on the family in this life and in later life.

Is Agastya's leaf a religion?

We do not endorse any specific religion. However, as we are deeply connected to Hinduism and Indian philosophy, temples for karma purification will primarily be Hindu temples. This is not intended to recruit people into any religion or cult.

About Appraisal

What kind of people do you appraise?

I am a nadi leader (monk) from Tamil Nadu, South India.
They are Agastian leaf experts, specially trained in reading and interpreting the ancient Tamil language, and have been trusted by us for many years.

Can my child be appraised?

From the viewpoint of the person's own comprehension, we generally accept persons 18 years of age or older.
However, if the individual consents and a parent or guardian is present, an appraisal may be performed for persons under 18 years of age.

How long does it take to receive the program after I apply?

Due to the high volume of online appraisal applications, please allow 3 weeks to 1.5 months after completing your application.

It is closed on Sundays and important Indian holidays (which vary from year to year).

X (formerly Twitter) is now sending out information on congestion!

What is required for an appraisal?

Only a thumbprint is required for the appraisal. Please stamp your thumbprints (left for women and right for men) clearly on a white piece of paper and send us an image of the stamped paper taken with your smartphone or other device.

As a preliminary preparation, the monk will find the customer's "soul group" based on fingerprints.

How long does an appraisal take?

It varies from customer to customer, but usually takes two hours at the fastest and five hours at the longest.
The time required varies because of the time it takes to find the leaves and the nature of the consultation from the customer.

If the appraisal is expected to take a long time, we will take a break during the process. If you need water or a restroom break, please feel free to let us know.

Can I record during the appraisal?

Recording (and videotaping) is allowed during the appraisal.

What questions can I ask?

You can ask any question you want. During the appraisal, you may be nervous or otherwise unable to think of questions, so we recommend that you write down the questions you would like to ask in advance.
However, we may not be able to answer questions that are not written on the leaves.

Will you ever be reborn?

Once karma is resolved and one is in a state of liberation, it is believed that there is no next life and one will not be reborn.
On the flip side, those who live in this life are reborn with the karma of their previous lives.

Even if you have eliminated your karma, if you do or think bad things and accumulate new karma, it is possible to be reborn, so it is important to continue to live with integrity.

For example, eminent monks like Kūkai, the Indian deity Shiva, and the sage Agastya have attained liberation, so they do not obtain new bodies and are not reborn.

However, their souls and spirituality still live on, guiding us.

I received an appraisal of Agastia leaves elsewhere. Can I get another appraisal here as well?

If you have already resolved your karma according to the method of karma resolution recorded on the leaf you opened elsewhere, you can receive our appraisal.

If you have not yet resolved your karma, please apply for our appraisal after conducting karma resolution elsewhere.

I want to know about the handling of personal information.

Personal information obtained from the appraisal will be shared only with our company, nadi readers and interpreters, and will be kept strictly confidential.

We also ask you to provide us with your name at the time of application, but this is for our own administrative purposes and is not provided to the nady leader in advance.

Rest assured that everyone involved in the appraisal is a professional.

I have vague misgivings about discussing details with a foreigner.

I understand very well. I know you are a little anxious and nervous.
Both nadir leaders and interpreters are accustomed to speaking with Japanese people and understand Japanese culture and society.
Please feel free to join us.

karma resolution

What is the resolution of karma?

According to Hinduism, people are born into this world with bad karma (deeds) accumulated in previous lives.
In other words, people living today are born with karma from their previous lives.

It is said that if all bad karma is eliminated, the soul will attain liberation (moksha), have no next life, and be completely free from the cycle of suffering.

However, since karma differs from person to person, the method of its resolution is also unique to each person.
Just as different diseases have different treatments, which god to pray to and which temple to perform pujas and homas (goma) at.
Or whether donations or service is needed, the prescription is different for each individual.

In order to know the "content of this karma" and the "necessary dissolution method," one must first undergo an Agastia leaf appraisal.

If I implement the karma elimination measures, will karma always be eliminated?

It is not something that can be "automatically eliminated by performing a ritual."

Prescriptions such as homas, temple visits, and donation drives written on Agastia leaves are powerful ways to work on karma from past lives.
However, they are merely "doors through which we deliver our requests to God.

It is said that God judges whether or not He will truly release karma by looking at our "usual conduct" and "state of mind.

In other words, the essence of true karma dissolution is "inner transformation.

Homas and visits are "triggers" to purify karma.
What is needed beyond that is a change in the way of life itself, how you live and with what kind of awareness you spend your days.

  • A serious attitude toward life
  • A heart that prays to God with thanksgiving
  • Prepared to let go of the mind of blaming or comparing yourself or someone else.
  • Willingness to reflect on and change one's behavior

Without this attitude, performing rituals will not fundamentally change your life.
Rather, if you believe that you will be "purified" and do not change your behavior, you may accumulate new karma.

Dissolving karma is not just about erasing the past; it is also about "choosing how to live" to fill the future with light.

If I do karma elimination, will it work immediately?

The effects of karma dissolution are not immediate.
In many cases, the course of life changes, slowly, quietly, but surely.

The speed of this process depends on the weight of the karma and the person's awareness and actions, but it generally takes from one to several months to manifest.

Yet, what kind of person is a "person whom God will grant a wish"?

For example, a person who has the compassion to give up his seat to a person with a cane on the train.
A person who tries to move for someone else every day, even if it is a small thing.

Everything we do is in God's eyes.

What precautions should I take when resolving karma?
  1. Clothing is an expression of "respect."
In South Indian temples, which strictly adhere to ancient Indian traditions, clothing is considered an act of reverence towards the deities themselves.
Indians dress formally to visit temples.

Please avoid exposing skin. Long skirts or dresses that cover your shoulders and knees, and the use of shawls are recommended.
Tank tops and shorts are not allowed. Shirts and long pants, or a long skirt are the minimum requirement.

Temples are sanctuaries, so please remove your shoes and enter barefoot.
Some temples require men to worship with their upper body bare (removing their shirts) (e.g., Srirangam Temple, etc.).

However, excessively covering up your skin is not good.
Using an umbrella, wearing a hat, wearing socks, or wearing a mask or gloves within the shrine grounds is considered disrespectful to the gods.

The worshippers are devout Indians who believe in the existence of God (there are hardly any foreigners).
Regarding attire unsuitable for visiting a temple, from an Indian emotional perspective, it is completely unacceptable.
  2. As a rule, only Hindus are allowed to enter the place where the Gods are located. Only if you are accompanied by our guide, you will be allowed to enter with special consideration. Please follow the temple's method of worship.
  3. Please refrain from drinking alcohol during karma elimination.
The guide who accompanied him has not opened his own Agastia leaf. Can such a person guide Agastia?

The guide who accompanied him has not opened his own Agastia leaf. Can such a person guide Agastia?

Please rest assured.

In Japan, guides do not necessarily only share experiences they have personally had. Similarly, in India, a guide who possesses sufficient knowledge and faith can also provide guidance.

Our guides lead devout lives, offering daily prayers to the gods, and are deeply rooted in Hindu culture and values.

Also, in India, there are many people whose exact date of birth is unknown.

Especially in rural areas, many people were born before birth certificates were fully established, and in some cases, their birthdates are registered based on memories such as "around festival time" or "around the start of the rainy season."

Therefore, some people cannot open the Agastya leaves even if they want to, because they do not know their exact date of birth.

However, regardless of whether the leaves are open or not, the guides have supported many customers' appraisals and pilgrimages while cherishing their faith in God.

Please rest assured that you can leave it to us.
