The scope of our liability will be governed by the laws of India. The Travel Agency Act of Japan will not apply.

In the unlikely event that any trouble or accident occurs during your trip, we will do our utmost to resolve the issue, but we will not be held responsible for any damages.
Our company, TabiZuki India Pvt. Ltd., is an Indian travel agency.

The Indian travel industry does not have a system in place for compensation or damages like those stipulated in Japan’s Travel Agency Act.

Therefore, it is not easy to obtain compensation when the party responsible for compensation is a travel agent, transport company, accommodation provider etc. in India.

Please be sure to take out overseas travel insurance. We will not be liable for any bodily injury or loss of life suffered by you as a result of such participation.


The insurance provided by your credit card may not be sufficient. Even if you have no health problems, you may develop an unexpected illness due to stress and fatigue in an environment different from Japan. To
receive the same level of medical care in India as in Japan, it will cost a lot of money.

Please check the details with your credit card company carefully and take out appropriate insurance for your trip.

If your tour includes dangerous activities such as mountain climbing, please be sure to take out insurance that covers those activities before traveling.

Before considering traveling, please check the overseas safety information, infectious disease information, vaccination information, etc. issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and the Embassy of Japan in India.

We shall not be liable for any damage or inconvenience caused by reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, terrorist acts, war, riots, political upheaval, strikes, lockdowns, changes or cancellations to the provision of travel services such as transportation and accommodation providers, orders from government agencies, and other reasons listed below.


In particular, regarding transportation, India is a country where the risk of delays and cancellations is higher than in Japan. We are not responsible for reasons beyond our control, such as delays or cancellations of trains or air routes, or arrival delays or inconveniences caused by traffic congestion. We are

also not responsible for the following:

● Changes or cancellations of travel services due to customer convenience or negligence, such as improper passport or visa procedures.
● Damage or inconvenience caused by loss or theft of luggage, including valuables.
● Refunds for travel services in cases where a customer is unable to participate in a trip due to a delay without notice, or abandons a travel service midway through due to customer convenience.
● Damage caused by assault, injury, fraud, illness, etc. by a third party.
● Claims for damages after our services have been completed.

● Troubles arising from communicating with travel agents, including our staff, and the general public through various means, including social media.

●Although we exercise great care in the information we post, we make no guarantee as to the currency, completeness, accuracy, usefulness, safety, etc. of the content. Furthermore, we are not liable for any consequences arising from decisions or actions taken by users based on information posted by us.
