Payment can be made in Japanese Yen.
(1) Please pay the full amount for all non-guided arrangements, such as airport transfers, and the total travel expenses by the specified due date.
Payment methods are wise, PayPal, bank transfer (international remittance to India), and UPI (Indian digital money such as Paytm).
In the case of PayPal, a 10% fee is charged to the recipient when receiving the remittance, so please add 10% to the cost when remitting.
Please note that transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
(2) If a refund is made due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for our refund transfer fees.
*Regarding receipts for transfer fees
, we will use the bank transfer receipt (transfer details) instead of a receipt for the amount transferred. If you transfer via internet banking, please print out the transfer completion screen and keep it.
